Due to the highly technical and
sensitive nature of photonics products, the following are not eligible for
return or refund:

Products that have been powered on, installed, aligned,
or otherwise used
●
Optical components (lenses, mirrors, prisms, crystals,
filters) with tampered protective packaging or contaminated surfaces
●
Laser modules and light sources with broken safety
seals
●
Custom-built, made-to-order, or specially configured
equipment
●
Software licenses, calibration certificates, or digital
documentation
●
Products damaged due to improper handling, storage,
installation, or misuse
●
Consumables such as protective films, cleaning
supplies, or mounting hardware once opened
You may request a return,
replacement, or refund within 48 hours of delivery if:
●
An incorrect product or model was delivered
●
The product arrived physically damaged during transit
●
Components or accessories listed in the packing slip
are missing
●
The product does not match the agreed technical
specifications
●
A confirmed manufacturing defect is identified by our
technical team
To initiate a return request:
Step 1: Capture clear
photos and/or a short video showing the issue and the outer packaging.
Step 2: Contact us within
48 hours of delivery via email (admin@britton.co.in) or WhatsApp (+91
7892468542).
Step 3: Provide your
Order ID, product model, and a brief description of the issue.
Our technical team will review
and respond within 1 business day.
Once your return is approved, we
will offer one of the following:

Replacement with the same or equivalent product
●
Technical repair support (for products covered under
warranty)
●
Full or partial refund to the original payment method

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full

Once the shipment is handed to our logistics partner,
cancellation is not possible

Custom-configured or made-to-order products cannot be
cancelled once production or procurement begins
●
Purchase Orders (B2B) are non-cancellable once accepted
and acknowledged by Britton
●
For approved return cases, Britton will arrange a
pickup or provide a prepaid return label
●
Pack the product securely in its original packaging
with all accessories, manuals, and certificates
●
Britton covers return shipping costs only for
defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items
●
Returns that do not meet eligibility criteria will be
shipped back at the customer's expense
Many Britton products carry a
limited manufacturer warranty. If your issue is covered under warranty:

We will prioritise repair or replacement over a refund
●
A technical evaluation by our team or the manufacturer
may be required before a decision is made
●
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by
misuse, improper storage, or unauthorised modifications
For orders placed under a
Purchase Order or institutional procurement:
●
Return and refund terms may differ and will be governed
by the agreed-upon purchase agreement
●

Britton reserves the right to
reject return or refund requests in cases of false claims, misrepresentation,
or repeated policy abuse, and to suspend accounts involved in such activity.
